These petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 5th respondent in the above second appeal.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, there are some mistakes in the names of the proposed parties in these petitions. According to the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, today he has filed fresh applications incorporating the correct names of the proposed parties. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these applications and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
