It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 21.10.2016.

Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.
