O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No. 15768 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that in pursuance of the direction given by this Court in WP(MD)No.15768 of 2022, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.47 of 2022 and the same was closed, since there was no truth in the complaint.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. The respondent is directed to serve the copy of closure report to the petitioner, who may work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
