There is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous since the Kudamullukku function has already been over. 2.In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
