ORDER

This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to reinvestigate the case in Crime No.296 of 2014 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the second respondent on 03.09.2016 seeking to reinvestigate the above said case. The same has not been considered so far. Hence, he has filed this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation given by the petitioner, dated 03.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
