O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere into the civil dispute between the parties.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken by the respondent police in C.S.R.No.760 of 2022 and further action was dropped on verification of the CCTV footage that was available in the place of occurrence. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present criminal original petition has become infructuous. 3.Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4.In view of the above said development, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
