ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in C.C. No. 187 of 2025, on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thottiyam, seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein they have been charged with offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of the IPC.
2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.
3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in person before this Court and acknowledges the fact that the parties have entered into a compromise.

4. Considering the above said facts, the C.C. No. 187 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsfi cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thottiyam is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The joint compromise memo dated 16.03.2026 shall form part and parcel of this order.
