ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.10 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner sent a message to the defacto complainant's cell phone with abusing words and hence, the defacto complainant sustained mental agony. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offence.

4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the petitioner gave love torture to the defacto complainant and investigation is pending.
