This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to instruct the third respondent to enquire the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022 and dispose the same.

2. The facts of the case are that there was a family dispute between the petitioner and the wife of the petitioner's brother namely, Parameshwari with regard to property. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 16.03.2022. Since, no action was taken, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Police conducted an enquiry with the petitioner and the alleged accused namely, 2/4

Parameshwari. The parties appeared before the concerned Police official and states that they would not involve in any problem in the future. To that effect, the petitioner given a letter dated 15.04.2022 to the respondent Police not to take further action in this mater.
