O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint sent by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending with the second respondent.

2. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and participate in the enquiry. In a case of this nature, this Court cannot issue a direction to the police to give protection to the petitioner. However, the police shall ensure that no physical harm befalls the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
