To pass an order relaxing the condition of reporting before the Respondent Police daily in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1573 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025 in connection with Crime no.16 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Arumanai, Kanyakumari District.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1573 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025. 1/3

2. Mr.J.Jeevin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1573 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025 is hereby fully relaxed.
