ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the first respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15376 of 2014 dated 23.01.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed in W.P(MD)No.15376 of 2014, the respondents filed a Writ Appeal in W.A(MD)No.837 of 2020 and obtained an order of interim stay.

3.In view of the filing of the Writ Appeal and also obtaining an order of interim stay, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to revive the Contempt Petition, after the disposal of the Writ Appeal, if necessary. No costs.
