2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the impugned show cause notice has been withdrawn by another show cause dated 24.06.2020 and the same has been sent to the petitioner by RPAD, pursuant to the circular dated 22.06.2020 of the Managing Director of the respondent TASMAC.

3.In the light of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of as no further orders are necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
