This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kodaikanal, to dispose of the original Suit in O.S.No.74 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Kodaikanal expeditiously within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants speedy disposal of O.S.No.74 of 2023 pending before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Kodaikanal.

Let the petitioner approach the concerned Court itself for speedy disposal, mentioning the facts and circumstances of the case and it is open to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Kodaikanal, to consider the request. There can be no direction from this Court for speedy disposal.
