It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.09.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.

However, the second respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant, if not already served and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
