ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner's earlier bail petitions were dismissed by this Court taking into account the very grave nature of the offence involved. The petitioner has renewed his bail petition contending that he has been in custody for more than 10 months.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General informs the Court that the petitioner is involved in crime No.1148 of 2015 on the file of the SS Colony (Madurai City) Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 366 IPC and Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act. Since the petitioner's antecedents are not good, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
