ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the entire records and quash the FIR in Crime No.602 of 2019 dated 28.11.2019, on the file of the first respondent police under Section 353 of IPC and Section 71 of Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.602 of 2019 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Padmanabhapuram and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.468 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
