The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondents have printed the name of one Srinivasan as the first Upayathar in the invitation of the festival, which is scheduled to be held on 2/6
08.04.2024 and 11.04.2024 in Arulmigu Rukmani Sathya Bama Sametha Sri Rajagopalakrishna Swamy Thirukoil situated at Villur Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, has approached this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that his father, namely Ramanathan was one of the Ubayadars and was doing mandagapadi for the above temple for several years. After his father, on behalf of the family, the petitioner was doing the mandagapadi all day. One, Srinivasan, who is none other than the elder brother of this petitioner, has not contributed anything for mandagapadi for these years. However, for this year, he has come forward to offer contribution and the respondents are also recognizing the petitioner's brother by printing his name above the petitioner's name in the invitation, considering that the said Srinivasan is the elder brother of this petitioner. This, according to the petitioner, is an insult to him. The grievance of the petitioner is that his contribution has not been recognized by the temple administration. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department/the second respondent to redress his grievance, if he is so advised. No costs.
