This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.12164 of 2024, dated 31.07.2024 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. 1/3
2. Mr.M.Solaisamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner was unwell, he was not able to arrange the sureties. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.
3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 09.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12164 of 2024, dated 31.07.2024.
