This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the patta in Survey No.311/1 around 534 3/4 square feet belongs to block No.1, 19th Plot house site situated at Velampatti Village, Natham taluk, Dindigul District in favour of the petitioner based on the 1st respondent addressed the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2216/2025/Aa4 dated 25.04.2025 within the time limited frame by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent had already considered the petitioner's claim and passed orders on 25.04.2025 in Na.Ka.No.2216/2025/Aa4. However, the 2nd respondent has not yet considered the petitioner's claim. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3.Heard the learned Special Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above facts, the second respondent is directed to issue patta in the light of the 1st respondent's proceedings, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
