ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue patta in Survey No.370/2, around 1200 Square feet belongs to 77th Plot, house site situated at Velampatti Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, in favour of the petitioner, based on the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 5363/2025/Aa4, dated 25.07.2025, within the time limit framed by this Court.

2. Originally the property belongs to one Murugesan, who had purchased the property vide Document No.3051/2022. The petitioner purchased the said property from Murugesan on 03.08.2024, vide Document No.2625 of 2024. Hence, the petitioner is seeking issuance of patta based on the sale deed.

3. The first respondent had considered the petitioner's claim and passed an orders dated 25.07.2025 in Na.Ka.No.5363/2025/R-4, directing the second respondent to issue patta. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to issue patta in the light of the order stated supra. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
