ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the land in S.Nos.460/4J and 460/5C are residential areas. But in the guideline register, they have been classified as "commercial". The petitioner wants reclassification of the same. The petitioner also wants the guideline value to be correspondingly revised. The petitioner has given representation dated 01.09.2023 in this regard. 3.The first respondent is directed to consider the same. The first respondent will place the same before the appropriate committee / authority. If the first respondent cannot grant relief, the said committee / authority will go into the issue raised by the petitioner and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks after the first respondent makes the reference. The first respondent will take a call in the matter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
