The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation, dated 14.3.2022 wherein the Petitioner raised objection to the acquisition of lands by the respondents for Highways Project.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would 2/5

submit that pending Writ Petition, entire compensation amount has been paid to the Petitioner and therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition for further adjudication.

4.Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
