ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the provision of law as under sections 296(b), 126(2), 115(2), 132 and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and Section 4 of TNPHW Act instead of U/s.296(b), 126(2),115(2), 132 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crl.OP(MD) No.14822 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a typographical error in mentioning the provision of law in the order dated 22.10.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has also admitted that there is a typographical error in the order dated 22.10.2025.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioners in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections before issuing a copy of the order to the parties concerned.

5. Since the amendment petition is pending, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 14822 of 2025 till 15.04.2026. 2/4

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
