O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order dated 12.03.2015, passed by the second respondent. The petitioner also sought for a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and cancel the sale deed dated 14.12.1999, on the file of the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) has already been withdrawn and nothing survives in the petition for further adjudication.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that while closing this petition liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court.

4. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is closed with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
