This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's brother by name, Kottursamy is an accused in PRC No.86/2009 and non bailable warrant is pending against him. Therefore, the police had gone to the house of the petitioner to apprehend his brother.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
