For Respondent : Mr.M.Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP.(MD). No.2567 of 2026 dated 09.02.2026. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl OP.(MD). No.2567 of 2026 dated 09.02.2026 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 25.02.2026 onwards regularly and the investigation was completed and charge sheet is made ready and going to be filed.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.2567 of 2026 dated 09.02.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. (K K R K J) 11.03.2026 dss 2/4
