JUDGMENT

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 260 days in filing the appeal. The appeal is in S.R.Stage itself from the year 2019. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted a letter before the Registry, stating that his client wants to withdraw the petition. He has also annexed a letter given by his client / petitioner.

2.Recording the said letters submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as his client / petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, A.S.(MD)SR.No.1059 of 2019 is also rejected. No costs.
