2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the First Information Report has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.90 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 435 and 506 (ii) I.P.C.
