This Contempt petition has been filed as against the respondent for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court in WP. (MD).No.21199 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thoothukudi, found that is a correction made during the UDR survey and he has forwarded the papers to the District Revenue Officer concerned. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the concerned District Revenue Officer to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
