ORDER

This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to add one Arasu Mydeen as accused in Crime No.39 of 2016 and file a charge sheet, within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that in the case in Crime No.39 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent police, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the Court concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law and in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
