ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that one Senthilkumar, the second plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.291 of 2010, which was initiated against the petitioner and others, has now preferred a complaint to the respondent police to take possession of the property in question. It is further submitted that on receipt of summon, the petitioner had already been appeared before the respondent and he has been pressurised by the respondent police to hand over the possession to the said Senthilkumar.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent police called the petitioner only for enquiry purpose and there is no such harassment. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.

5.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
