This appeal is against the order of learned Single Judge dated 04 March 2022 recorded on Contempt Petition SR No.5124 of 2022. Learned Single Judge has found that, the objection raised by the Registry about the petition not being maintainable is just and proper.

We do not find any error in the view taken by learned Single Judge, in the facts of the case. This appeal need not be entertained. Further, learned advocate for the appellant has also submitted that, no observations be made on merits. 3.

This Contempt Appeal is dismissed.
