ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No. 1 and 2 to conduct the enquiry and take to appropriate action against based upon the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.03.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already given a representation on 04.03.2026 to conduct enquiry with respect to the scuffle which had happened between the petitioner and Susitharan, Jeyakendran and others. However, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that already two CSR Nos.28 and 29 of 2026 has been issued and enquiry is still pending on the petitioner's representation.

4. Heard either sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the rival submissions, second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to 2/4

appraise the progress in the investigation every Friday to the first respondent and the first respondent is directed to monitor the investigation.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
