When the matter was taken up for final disposal, the learned Government Advocate on the strength of the communication from the Thasildar, Ponnamaravathy, submitted that in Survey Nos.632/8/A and 632/8/B, there is a path way in existence and that the Government is not having any intention to close the said temple path way.

2.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
