This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 460 days for filing this revision case against the order in Crl.M.P.No.4403 of 2023, dated 21.09.2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
