O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent No.2 to provide adequate police protection to the Petitioner and his family member life, limb, based on the representation dated 13.03.2023.

2.It appears that it is an issue between the brother and sister, who is the third respondent herein. The third respondent occupying the premises which belongs of the petitioner. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, on 23.03.2023 the third respondent has given an undertaking to the effect that she will vacate the property after the completion of the studies of their children in this academic year. 3.For the purpose of evicting the third respondent from the premises, no police protection can be granted. I find absolutely no merits in this case. The petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate process.
