This petition has been filed, seeking a directing to direct the respondent not to interfere with the day to day affairs of the petitioner Sangam under the guise of enquiry.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint lodged against the petitioner Sangam, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed.
