O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.01.2022 and complete the enquiry within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaints before the respondent police on 27.01.2022 and 12.03.2022 and the same are still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaints lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a peirod of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
