ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.26126 of 2023, dated 21.11.2023.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, though a copy of the report under Section 81 of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act has been furnished to him, some of the pages are missing. He reserves his right to initiate appropriate proceedings, in case the missing pages are pressed into service in the Section 87 proceedings.
