ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry as per circular in C.No.18/ADGP/L&O/Camp/2024, dated 09.01.2024 passed by the ADGP.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. While so, the third respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner for the money dispute and taking advantage of the same, the second respondent started to harass the petitioner by insisting to pay the money. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 11.03.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner for the non payment of money after cutting the trees from the petitioner's land. Therefore, they called the petitioner for enquiry and now the enquiry is still pending. However, they will complete the enquiry within one 2/4

week and dispose of the same. They have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court recording the above said submission of the second respondent that they have not harassed the petitioner and only based on the complaint given by the third respondent they called the petitioner for enquiry, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
