2.The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 09.06.2014 in this regard. We direct the third respondent to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed after notice to the fourth respondent and other encroachers if any by following the statutory procedure. The entire excercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
