2.The petitioner wants electricity service connection. It appears that the land have been classified as poramboke. The second respondent may have to issue no objection certificate. The petitioner has submitted an application in 2/5

this regard.

3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representations, dated 04.08.2023/04.10.2023 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
