O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to survey the petitioner's property comprised in S.Nos.136/9 and 136/13 situated in Sakkiliyankulam, Valanthur Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2022.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.C.Suresh Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by father-in-law of the petitioner viz., Seeniveeradevar on 17.01.1985 under Document No.31/1985. The petitioner's father-in-law and petitioner's husband Balu are no more. Therefore, the petitioner in her capacity as one of the co-sharers filed an application before the respondents on 24.01.2022, seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not filed proper online application. Hence, her request has not been considered.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a proper online application and produce the acknowledgement before the first respondent within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing online application, the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the same and pass final orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of online application of the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
