PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct to speedy disposal of case as per section 143(2) and 143(3) of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1882, in S.T.C. No. 568 of 2024, on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the defacto complaint in S.T.C.No. 568 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, for expeditious disposal.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, though the chief examination was not completed, the accused person is taking continuous adjournments for cross examining him. He has filed application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. and the same was allowed. Despite the said fact that so far, the cross examination has not been completed.
3. Considering the above said facts, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, to dispose of S.T.C.No.568 of 2024 on or before 31.07.2026.
4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
