O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur to dispose the case in C.C.No.108 of 2012 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. A report has been received from the concerned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Fast Track Court, Srivilluputtur. 25 witnesses have been shown in the list of witnesses and out of 25 witnesses, 9 witnesses have been examined so far. It is seen that the accused has not appeared in person sofar. There is a huge delay.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to issue a following direction: The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur is directed to dispose of the C.C.No.108 of 2012 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the prosecution is expected to co-operate for the timely disposal of this Case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
