ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the complaint dated 04.02.2023 on the file of the second respondent to any other agency and act in accordance with law within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and on the basis of the undertaking given by the counter party, it was closed on 21.11.2022. Subsequent to the above said closure of the complaint in C.No.1223 of 2022, another complaint was given by the petitioner on 04.02.2023 to resotre the said complaint and now it is kept pending.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to investigate the above said complaint dated 04.02.2023 in accordance with law and dispose the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
