2 to 6, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120(B), 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.22 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that first accused's father running a trust and a school for the poor people of the locality. Subsequently, he was died on 10.12.2008 and the property was intestate between the Rajendran and one Balasubramaniam. After the demise of Ramachandran/first accused's father, the trust was mismanaged by Rajendran. Thereafter, the Rajendran entered a sale agreement with the defacto complainant for selling of the property, which was belonging to the trust. However, the Rajendran did not execute the sale deed in favour of him and did not return back the amount.
Therefore, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police. Accordingly, the respondent police registered a case against the petitioner.

3.While pendency of this case, both parties are entered into compromise and the compromise deed was placed before this Court. 4.Considering the above, this anticipatory bail application is closed as nothing survives.
