ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 and 4 and monitor the same, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2020.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 3 and 4 even ignoring the fact that one Muthurani, who is the relative of the petitioner, is a 5 months pregnant lady, have assaulted her. Therefore, he gave a complaint, which has not been taken on file and no action has been taken against the respondents 3 and 4. 3.The direction sought for in omnibus nature cannot be granted. Further, this Court is of the view that the direction to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.7087 of 2020 initiate disciplinary proceedings also cannot be granted, without establishing the factual foundation for the same. As the petitioner alleged that there is a physical violation, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2020, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action as per the enquiry report. 4.With this observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
