Pleased to call for the records and to set aside the judgment and decree dated 28.04.2018 passed by V Additional District Judge, Madurai in O.S.No.150 of 150 of 2013 in respect of dismissal of the suit with regard to item No.11 of suit property and to declare that the appellant/plaintiff is entitled for 4/9th share in the suit property by allowing this appeal.
